How much money do you put in your pocket after your property's been rented? We charge a competitive rate for condos and houses that is considerably less than our competitors. Ask us about special rates for beachfront properties.

We keep management fees to a minimum
Some companies mark up their maintenance services as much as 100%. Our main source of owner related revenue is our competitive commission rates. Reasonable rates and fees help maximize the return on your investment. Required maintenance or service over $100 will only be done with your approval. We also inspect all maintenance work.
